Shipping

We ship to New Zealand addresses only.

Our standard flat rate is $8. Rural shipping is $10. please check this option at checkout if you are rural.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. We are unable to ship on weekends or public holidays.

Please allow 2-5 working days for goods to arrive. All orders are tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.

Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address.

After delivery to the supplied shipping address has been made we use are not responsible if your parcel is stolen, lost or damaged. We will of course help you make a claim with the courier company if applicable.

Returns

We do not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. If you have received an item with a defect please contact us providing a detailed description within 48 hours of delivery to you.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
